Our mission is to protect, preserve, and enhance the academies, magnets and all academic programs at Venice High School. This includes helping the teachers and staff provide field trips, incentives, and hospitality as well as the larger goal of fundraising to protect the magnet coordinator position, class size, and staffing, and to supplement classroom equipment and supplies.
Friends of Gondos is governed by a board of directors that is charged with working with the Venice High School Administration to act in the best interests of the Venice High School students. The 9 board members for the 2023-2024 school year are pending:

Friends of Gondos is a program of The Gondolier Booster Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation. The organization is run by alumni, parents, and community members, and works closely with the administration of Venice High School. The mission of the Gondolier Booster Club is to support the fund raising efforts of on campus clubs and sports teams to maintain their academic, athletic and extra-curricular programs.
